Artist Mike McMullen has a tendency to hold on to most of his prints for years, revisiting them like a timeline of his practice. To him, they are mementos threading him back to moments in the studio where he learned something or a happy accident occurred. Created in his studio between 2018 and 2023, these prints are reminders for McMullen to have patience with his process and give himself time to better understand the work.
