WALK ON, the new series of paintings from Caroline Pinney, observes and complements previous collections as the artist chased feelings of energetic closeness with the works in progress through intuitive use of color and composition. These pieces expand on an exploration of personal relationships and comment on the spectrum of social association: vibrant moments of solidarity, chaotic scenes with an underlying tension, and contemplative moments of leisure, intimacy, or companionship.
